I am so glad that our Father in heaven

I am so glad that our Father in heaven

Tells of His love in the book He has given;

Wonderful things in the Bible I see;

This is the dearest, that Jesus loves me.

I am so glad that Jesus loves me,

Jesus loves me, Jesus loves me,

I am so glad that Jesus loves me,

Jesus loves me.

Though I forget Him, and wander away,

Still He doth love me wherever I stray.

Back to His dear, loving arms would I flee

When I remember that Jesus loves me.

Jesus loves me, and I know I love Him,

Love brought Him down my poor soul to redeem;

Yes, it was love made Him die on the tree:

Oh! I am certain that Jesus loves me.

How many children say

How many children say,

“I’d like to go to heaven;”

Yet never think that they

Must have their sins forgiven,

Before they can in glory be,

Or Jesus Christ in glory see,

Or Jesus Christ in glory see.

None can to glory go,

Or dwell with God above,

Save they who Jesus know,

And taste a Savior’s love.

The holy words of truth declare

No other grounds of entrance there,

No other grounds of entrance there.

But now this “living way”

To all is open free;

And little children may

Go in and happy be –

May have their sins through Christ forgiven,

The only way to enter heaven,

The only way to enter heaven.

 Here is a message of love

Here’s a message of love,

Come down from above,

To invite little children to heaven.

In God’s blessed book

Lost sinners may look,

And see how all sins are forgiven.

For there they may read

How Jesus did bleed,

And die for His dear little ones

How clean He makes them,

And after takes them

To be God’s own daughters and sons.

And then if they die,

He takes them on high,

To be with Him in heaven above,

So kind is His heart,

He never will part

From a child that has tasted His love.

And oh, what delight,

In heaven so bright,

To see the kind Savior’s blest face!

On His beauty to gaze,

And sing to His praise

Forever in that happy place.

He sees what we do

He sees what we do,

And He hears what we say;

My Lord is watching

All the time, time, time.

He left His bright home His glorious throne

He left His bright home, His glorious throne,

To die upon Calvary’s tree:

His blood there was spilt to cleanse me from guilt;

He died – He lives for me.

The path is marked out, till called by the shout,

To meet with my Lord in the air.

The Spirit’s the power, to walk till that hour –

The object of God’s care.

He did not come to judge the world

He did not come to judge the world,

He did not come to blame;

He did not only come to seek,

It was to save He came.

And when we call Him Savior,

And when we call Him Savior,

And when we call Him Savior,

Then we call Him by His name.

Have you any room for Jesus

Have you any room for Jesus

He who bore our load of sin?

As He knocks and seeks admission,

Children, will you let Him in?

Room for Jesus, Lord of glory!

Hasten now, His word obey!

Swing the heart’s door widely open,

Let Him enter while you may!

Room for pleasure, room for business;

But for Christ the crucified,

Not a place that He can enter

In the heart for which He died.

Have you any time for Jesus,

As in grace He calls again?

Oh, “today” is “time accepted,”

You, “tomorrow,” call in vain.

Room and time now give to Jesus,

Soon will pass God’s day of grace;

Soon thy heart be cold and silent,

And the Savior’s pleading cease.

Happy is the boy who believes in Him

Happy is the boy who believes in Him,

Happy is the boy who is cleansed from sin.

Never to a boy did the Lord say “No!”

Let us every one to the Savior go.

Happy is the girl who believes in Him,

Happy is the girl who is cleansed from sin.

Never to a girl did the Lord say “No!”

Let us every one to the Savior go.

God has blotted them out

God has blotted them out;

I’m happy and glad and free:

God has blotted them out;

I’ll turn to Isaiah and see;

Chapter forty-four,

Twenty-two and three;

He’s blotted them out, and now I can shout,

For that means me.

God so loved the world

He gave His only Son;

Whoso believeth in Him –

The great transaction’s done;

Eternal life is free,

For you as well as me,

So rest on His Word which never has erred,

And search John three.

Christ is coming again,

He’s coming again for me:

Christ is coming again;

I’ll turn to His Word and see;

Fourteenth chapter of John,

Verses two and three,

He’s coming again, I read very plain,

And that is for me.

Glad T-I-D-I-N-G-S

Glad T-I-D-I-N-G-S,

I B-R-I-N-G,

That J-E-S-U-S has come

To S-A-V-E me.

And He calls, and He calls all the G-I-R-L-S,

And He wants all the B-O-Y-S too,

To T-R-U-S-T in Him,

And have all their sins now washed away.
